1、 Product introduction
The crushing material will fall between the two rollers through the feeding port of the double roll crusher, and the finished materials will fall down naturally. In case of high hardness or unbreakable materials, the roller of roller crusher can automatically retreat by the action of hydraulic cylinder or spring, so as to expand the gap between rollers, and drop the high hardness or unbreakable materials, so as to protect the machine from damage. There will be some gaps between the two opposite rotating rollers. Changing the clearance can control the product discharge granularity.
2、 Product features
1. Large crushing ratio
When a large crushing ratio is needed, an adjustable crushing rod can be installed under the two rollers. The first stage crushing is produced when the toothed roller holds the material, and the second stage crushing occurs when the material passes through the double rods. The crushing rod can work together with the toothed roller to implement three-stage crushing of the fragments produced in the previous two stages.
2. Low powder yield and good particle size
Combined crushing is adopted instead of impact and percussion, which does not produce secondary crushing phenomenon, so the over crushing rate is low. Once the distance between the two toothed rollers is adjusted, the material is hard to be broken again, and the particle size of the material is uniform.
3. The structure is simple and easy to repair
The handwheel or hydraulic structure can adjust the discharging granularity, and the modular structure of the equipment can be installed separately or in combination according to the site needs, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. The modular modular gear plate has interchangeability and versatility, which greatly reduces the wear of the gear plate and reduces the operation cost.
4. Structure standardization
The structure of each type of roller crusher is standardized, and its structure and length can vary with the required productivity. The number of gear rings on each roller shaft, the number of roller teeth on the ring gear, the distance between two shafts and the assembly structure can be changed to meet the needs of different grain sizes.
