Before starting vertical grinding, all equipment of raw material grinding and waste gas treatment part of vertical grinding system should be carefully checked and adjusted.
1. Check and adjust the lubricating oil of the lubrication system
The lubrication of the equipment plays a key role in ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment. On the one hand, the amount of lubricating oil should be neither too much nor too little. Excessive lubricating oil will cause the equipment to heat up. Too little oil, equipment will be damaged due to lack of oil. Replace lubricating oil should be inspected regularly, on the other hand, oil varieties, label cannot be wrong, and there can be no impurities in oil, for equipment lubrication checks should be carried out comprehensive without missing, including lock the wind lubrication, roller lubrication, reducer lubrication and hydraulic box of oil, oil, valves, etc., all moving parts, make dynamic chain, coupling shall be refueling.
2. Check the cooling water
Cooling water is very important for equipment protection. Before starting, check whether the valve on the cooling water pipe of the main reducer, grinding roller lubricating device and locking valve hydraulic cabinet is opened and control the appropriate flow.
3. Check air compressor, gas storage tank, pipeline and valve
Compressed air check whether the air compressor station is started, whether the air storage tank is blowdown in accordance with the provisions, whether the pressure reaches the rated pressure, compressed air pipeline and valve have leakage phenomenon, if there is a problem to deal with in time, the hand valve on the air supply pipeline should be in the open state.
4. Check the raw material warehouse, equipment interior, manhole door and inspection door
Before feeding the raw material warehouse, the debris inside should be removed during installation or maintenance to prevent the warehouse opening from blocking or metal objects from entering the raw material mill.
5. Valve inspection
Lower bar valves or gate valves of each raw material warehouse are all opened to the appropriate position; All manual valves should be hit in place before starting the equipment; All the electric and pneumatic valve system at the scene confirmed flexible action, valve shaft and connecting rod is loose, and the remote control of the central control room, confirm the identity of the central control with the open and close direction, check the opening and labeling is accurate, if the valve drive on, limit switch, the central control room to check whether the limit signal is returned.
6. Check the fastening condition of the equipment
The anchor bolts of the mill, fan and compressor should not become loose. The easily loose parts of the equipment and the connecting rod to be moved should be strictly inspected. The connection between the hoist bucket and the chain should also be checked.
7. Material inspection of raw material warehouse
Confirm that the material storage of each raw material warehouse is accurate, the material level meter accurately marks the position of material in the warehouse, and it is consistent with the central control display. During the trial production period, materials in the warehouse should not be over full, generally 60% to 70% of the full warehouse.
8. Raw material grinding and auxiliary equipment inspection
Check the equipment strictly according to the requirement and confirm it is in good condition.
9. Check the homogenization library of raw materials
There is no damage to the breathable layer at the bottom of the raw material warehouse, and there is no water in the warehouse or the inflatable box. The roof and side of the warehouse are watertight; Accurate pipe connection, no leakage in pressure test; There are no sundries in the storehouse; The raw material warehouse must be dried before the first feeding. After the raw material warehouse is dried, all holes shall be closed.
