I. Causes and treatment of vibration of vertical pulverizer:

1. Vibration sensor failure:

As soon as the grinding roller was lowered, it vibrated. All procedures and parameters were normal, and no vibration was felt on site. After inspection, it was found that the vibration meter was loose, and it was tightened again. It is common for the vibration meter to become loose. At this time, all parameters of the central control operation screen are normal and there is no vibration sensation on site. Prevention of this incident requires more attention to regular inspection, and keep clean.

2. Loose roller skin and loose liner

The central control vibration is too large, regular vibration and dull sound are found in the grinding on site, emergency stop grinding, check each splint bolts are not obviously loose, there is no foreign matter in the grinding, everything is normal, a roll of leather is found loose in the grinding. Roller loose is vibration is very regular, because the diameter of the grinding roller is smaller than the diameter of the grinding disc, so show that the grinding disc rotation less than a week, vibration will appear once, coupled with the scene sound identification, you can judge a certain roll appear loose roller. The lining plate is loose, generally showing continuous vibration, the site felt that every rotation of the millplate will appear three times of vibration. When the roller and liner are found loose, must stop grinding immediately, into the grinding inspection, and professional guidance to deal with, otherwise when it falls off, will cause serious accidents.

3. The preloading pressure of N2 capsule in the hydraulic station is unbalanced, either too high or too low

When N2 bag is unbalanced, the cushioning force of each tie rod is different, which makes the mill vibrate. If the pressure is too high or too low, the capacity of the buffer plate is weakened and the vibration of the mill is easy to be large. Therefore, the pre-loading pressure of each N2 capsule should be strictly set according to the set value, and checked regularly to prevent oil leakage and gas leakage, and the pressure is abnormal.

Second, the cause and treatment of vertical grinding fineness

1. Improper speed adjustment of powder selecting device

Adjusting the rotor speed of powder selector is the most common way to adjust the fineness, but also the most important method. Usually change fineness: the first thing to think of is to adjust its speed, run coarse when increasing speed.

2. Excessive ventilation

In the trial production, when the hot air furnace or less feeding is used, the internal ventilation of the mill is small, and the speed of the separator is set at 70-80%, the fineness can be basically reached. With the increase of hot air at the kiln end, the ventilation inside the mill is increased, and the EP fan baffle is increased, the fineness will rise. At this time, the speed of the separator should be gradually increased to ensure the fineness qualified

3. Low grinding pressure

Vertical mill pressure can be set in the central control, the pressure is generally set to the minimum at the beginning of grinding, with the increase in output, must be gradually pressurized, otherwise due to the lack of crushing and grinding ability, resulting in the phenomenon of running.

4. Influence of temperature

The outlet temperature of the mill rises rapidly or keeps a high temperature, and the raw material may run rougher, because in the process of rising temperature, the fluid speed in the mill and the internal energy of the material in the mill are changed, and the Brownian motion of the fine material is increased so that the large material is pulled out of the mill. This may be caused by the change of wind temperature and air volume at the end of the kiln, or the change of water in the grinding material. At this time, water spraying in the grinding mill can be adjusted to solve the problem. The process line between the mill and the humidifier in series can adjust the water spraying in the humidifier, and the circulating air or cold air can be mixed if the air volume allows.

The instability of grinding is easy to make the working conditions in the grinding chaos, wind speed, wind volume fluctuations, resulting in intermittent running rough. Solution: stabilize the amount of grinding materials, ensure the right amount of grinding pressure, or reduce the right amount of production.

5. The grinding material is easy to wear poorly

Large strength and hardness of grinding materials, or large particle diameter of materials, difficult to break and grinding, plus the increase in the number of stop grinding cycle, the final performance is too much material in grinding.
