Vertical grinding machine is a common equipment for ore grinding. It can be widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, non-metallic ore and other industries, especially in the field of ultra-fine grinding of white non-metallic ore. It has excellent performance and is widely used in large-scale ultra-fine dry powder processing of non-metallic ore such as calcite. Recently, We have received feedback from customers about several problems in grinding machine. Today, I will summarize two common problems for your reference:

The reason why the vertical mill vibrates when used for a period of time?

1. Vibration that may be caused by insufficient preheating. When preheating, heat input in the mill part will be absorbed by the grinding body, cause insufficient heat exchange and thermal equilibrium is broken, the friction material on the mill increases, reduced liquidity, block material bedplate, roller rolling material flour extraction rate of decline, cannot be hot air out of mill, cause material fluctuations in bed, cause vibration;

2. Vibration caused by insufficient feed. The output of vertical mill can be adjusted within a certain range, but when the feed quantity is too low, the moisture in the mill decreases, the heat absorption is lower than the heat supply, the material is quickly dried, the plastic of the material bed decreases, it is not easy to form a stable material layer, causing vibration;

3. Vibration caused by overgrinding. Raw material grinding increase, high grinding pressure, rotating speed of separator is too high can cause upper millstone suspended fine material, dust gas density increases, lead to increase the probability of collision between particles, powder separator of the selected process disturbed, achieve fineness standard material cannot be out of the vertical mill, material balance is broken, bed linen material proportion increase, caused by vibration.

Other possible causes of vibration: vibration sensor failure; Loose roller skin and loose lining plate; Excessive, too small or unstable feeding amount; Insufficient or unstable air volume of the system; Grinding pressure is too high or too low; The speed of the separator is too high; The nozzle ring is seriously blocked.

What is the cause of foaming of bearing lubricating oil of vertical grinding roll?

The reasons for oil foaming are various and can be summarized into two categories: oil itself and external factors.

Factors of the oil itself include: the depletion of anti-foaming agents in the oil; The oil deteriorates and so on.

External factors mainly include: equipment and use aspects and external pollutants.

When the return oil hole is too far away from the liquid level, the backflow lubricating oil impinges on the liquid level and causes foaming; The oil return hole is too close to the oil outlet hole, the oil tank volume is too small, and the oil product circulation speed is too fast, leading to the foaming caused by the oil product does not release air for a certain time; Oil pump leakage, resulting in excessive air into the system caused by bubbling, etc., belong to the equipment and use of the problem. External pollutants: alkaline substances, soap substances; Porous dust, material will absorb defoamer, etc.
