1、 Product introduction
DMC pulse bag filter is a kind of on-line high-pressure pulse jet dust remover, which can be carried out without interruption of filter bag filtration. This kind of dust remover can operate under high filtration wind speed, and the energy consumption of filtration is small. It is suitable for handling dust with small air volume, large dust particle size and small viscosity. Within the general specifications, the filtration area is 20 ~ 240 m2, the treatment air volume is 1500-21600 m3 / h, and the compressed air pressure for ash cleaning is 0.5-0.7 MPa.

1. It can adopt high filtering wind speed, small appearance and low cost.
2. The dust remover has less internals. Convenient management and maintenance.
3. The top cover door is designed, which is easy to open. Bag changing can be carried out from the upper part. The dust collector box does not need to be made into a compartment structure, which reduces the cost.
4. The air inlet and outlet are integrated and separated by inclined clapboard. The air flow is evenly distributed. It can pre collect dust and block spark for dust containing gas. It can avoid dust directly washing the bag, reduce the dust concentration of dust containing gas and prolong the service life of filter bag and pulse valve.
5. The filter bag is made of high temperature resistant cloth bag, and the working temperature is less than 200 ℃.
6. The sealing materials of dust remover are high temperature resistant materials.
7. The ash cleaning and blowing pipe adopts the lengthened type, which can keep the pulse solenoid valve away from the high temperature flue gas and avoid the high temperature damage of the pulse solenoid valve.
8. The filter bag framework is round, which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the framework, prolongs the service life of the filter bag and is convenient for unloading the bag.
9. When changing bags, the top cover door is opened and the bag can be changed after pulling out the skeleton.
10. The dust cleaning control adopts timing, constant pressure and manual control, and each row of filter bags is cleaned once every other cleaning cycle.
11. The rock wool insulation layer is used for the dust collector to avoid condensation inside the dust collector.
12. A bypass valve is set at the air inlet to prevent the cloth bag from being damaged by high temperature.
13. Install high temperature alarm device and filter bag leakage detection device.
